CLICK-THRU ADVERTISERS

Betmaker has initiated a program that pays a flat-rate of 4 cents per unique click-through to their sports gambling page. While all sites are allowed to participate, payments are not made until your balance reaches $100 (2500 click-thrus), which may eliminate smaller sites.

Click2Net has established a new banner agency that pays between 6 and 10 cents per click-through. The network allows webmasters to place up to three Click2Net banners on one page, while also permitting other advertising on the same page. Banners are targeted to maximise your potential click-through ratio. Detailed online statistics are provided to all host sites, detailing how long it took each surfer to click on the banner, which interest areas produce the best click-through ratios etc - all designed to help you make the most of your available advertising inventory.

Electronic Advertising (eAds) pays host sites a flat rate of 5 cents per click-thru. Hosts are able to select (from a range of 4) which banners appear on their pages. In theory, this means that you can choose banners that are specifically targeted towards your audience's demographics, thus increasing the click-through ratio. Some reports that I have received from webmasters state that eAds fail to respond to email requests, and cancel site's accounts without due reason. Still, the company has been established for a number of years now and many webmasters are admittedly pleased with the service that they receive.

Friend Finder is a successful online chat and matchmaking service (over 70,000 members) that is offering the choice between a commission program and a click-thru program. They pay between 1 and 18 cents per click-thru (depending on the ratio of people who sign up as free members), though the higher rates are almost impossible to reach.

HostIndex pays 10 cents per clickthrough generated to their web hosting database through one of their buttons or banners. In order to participate in their program, your site must be webmaster-related and must generate in excess of 500 pageviews per day.

JustClick is offering Web sites (of any size) click-thru rates that range between 4 and 10 cents (based on the number of click-thoughs that your site generates in any particular month. You must generate 10,000! click-throughs each month to receive 10 cents per click. Still, the company appears to be reputable, although their use of the English language creates some dubious explanations to say the least.

Mach 1 has developed a sponsorship model that traverses the distinction between click-thru and affiliate programs. They offer sites a scaled click-thru rate that varies between 2.5 cents and 15 cents per visitor, depending on the ratio of sales (of aviation, military and inspirational photos and products) generated through the link. In essence, this is an affiliate program of sorts, though you receive some compensation for each visitor refered, even if an individual visitor doesn't make a purchase.

MEDIAhits accepts sites of all sizes, pays a flat rate of 5 cents per click-thru, and rotates its ads automatically. The also allow Webmasters the choice between 3 different banner sizes (468x60 - the standard size, 426x76, and 300x54 - see below). The payment is the same for each, so your choice will depend purely on what fits your page layout the best. Banners can be situated anywhere on your pages, but you may only place one banner on each page.

Narrowcast Media offers members a flat-rate payment of 8 cents per click-through on all banners. If Narrowcast find that the advertisements on your page are performing particularly well, they may invite you to join the purchase program, which is a more lucrative CPM (impression-based) agreement. Note that Narrowcast has changed its method of payment on many occassions, and is often slow to keep up with trends as they develop within the industry.

NetBanner Network has established a banner-rotation program similar to ValueClick's. It pays between 6 and 11 cents per click-through, depending on the number of click-through's sent each month.

Netradio offers 5 cents per click-through. Their program is great for any site since people can visit Netradio, start the real-audio playing and return to your site.

PennyWeb offers host sites the opportunity to choose from a wide range of advertisers that are organised by category. Advertising is based on the click-thru method, paying between 2 and 9 cents per click-thru. Their system allows you to sign up with as many advertisers as you wish, and all sites are accepted into the program (regardless of how popular the site is). The PennyWeb system is also very well suited to Webmasters who wish to advertise their own site at bargain prices. Payment is made after a banner host amasses $25 in credit.

SafeAds.Com is a new click-based banner agency that is not related to the established Safe-Audit. Their program involves an automated rotation of ads that pay between 6 and 15 cents per click, though the site presents no details as to how this payment is scaled. Only unique, as opposed to raw, clicks are counted, meaning that if one user clicks on two of your banners in the same day, you will only be paid tfor the first. Real-time stats are accessible 24 hours a day and payments are made after $10 has accrued.
